The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection has announced a month-long cleanup campaign for the land, starting from March 1, 2023.

We remind you that violation of the legislation on waste management, including the disposal of waste outside authorized places, failure by individuals and legal entities to fulfill the obligation to ensure waste collection and separation by type, entails administrative liability under Part 3 of Article 16.44 in the form of a fine of up to thirty basic units, for an individual entrepreneur – up to one hundred basic units, and for a legal entity – up to one thousand basic units.
