The head of the relevant department held a meeting with the staff of the Department of Agriculture and Food of the Dokshytsy District Executive Committee. The meeting was attended by the Chairman of the District Executive Committee Sergey Abiralo and his First Deputy Nataliya Vorobyeva.

During the conversation with the department specialists, issues concerning the progress of the harvest and sowing campaigns, both in the district and in the country as a whole, as well as the livestock industry, were discussed.

- Such meetings are important because when you communicate directly with specialists who are directly involved in the practical activities of our agricultural organizations, special approaches are developed in the implementation of technological measures. This is a good exchange of experience. Much has been achieved in agriculture, but we must move forward, improve, so that the industry becomes even more efficient and productive. In general, Dokshytsy District is one of the leaders in the Vitebsk region. As for the harvest campaign, a good harvest has been obtained in the Vitebsk region. I became convinced of this by visiting almost all regions. People work selflessly, for results. They worry, but most importantly, they are in good spirits. Vitebsk agrarians have to harvest the grain that is still in the fields in a short period of time – by September 1. It cannot be delayed under any circumstances.
