Monitoring of facilities with round-the-clock occupancy
On February 6, 2020, the Inspection of Supervision and Prevention of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted an unscheduled monitoring of compliance with fire safety legislation, including mandatory requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the fire safety regulation and standardization system in the building of the nursing home (a.g. Bocheikovo) of the Healthcare Institution "Beshenkovichi Central District Hospital" (head of the economic entity – Roshchina Svetlana Aleksandrovna), including monitoring of compliance with legislation in the implementation of activities for ensuring fire safety in terms of technical maintenance of fire automation systems by ODO "Spetselektrostroy" (head of the economic entity – Bazhenov Vladimir Semenovich) at this facility.
As part of the work performed, documentation was studied, employees of the institution were interviewed, and the hospital building and its adjacent territory were inspected.
During the monitoring of the institution's facility, it was established that the hospital has an appropriate fire safety regime; fire safety briefings are conducted in a timely manner based on developed (revised) instructions; according to calculations, the necessary type and quantity of primary fire extinguishing means have been determined and the premises are equipped with them; the internal fire water supply is in working order (equipment is periodically inspected, fire cabinets are equipped and marked); employees responsible for ensuring fire safety are trained according to the Fire Safety Technician programs; the interview showed that employees have sufficient knowledge of the rules for using primary fire extinguishing means, actions in case of fire, and calling fire and rescue services; the facility is provided with regulatory, methodological and reference literature on fire safety issues, and there is a stand with updated information in the building, etc.

During the monitoring of the implemented activities
no violations were found in the maintenance of the fire alarm system installed in the hospital building (the FAS is in working order; FAS maintenance (scheduled work) is carried out according to the approved schedule; planned and unscheduled quality control is organized with reflection in the relevant logs and acts, there are no claims from the customer, etc.).
