70 auctions for the sale of unused state property are scheduled for April, most of them at the base rate
The property was put up for auction at its appraised value, without a reduction in the sale price. As a result, at the auction for 247 thousand rubles, the unified complex was acquired by a private construction organization from the Vitebsk region, which plans to use the properties to expand its production activities.
In total, over the three months of this year, the committee announced 220 auctions, of which 30 were successful. At the same time, the state budget was replenished by 632 thousand rubles.
For April, the committee has already put up 70 unused state property objects for auction sale, most of which (43) are offered at the base rate.
Among them are objects of historical and cultural value.

Thus, in April, for only 40 rubles, it will be possible to purchase the ancient estate "Maly Doltsy", located in the village of Novaya Zhizn, Ushachi district.
The estate was built in 1848. Once, one of the first Belarusian plays "Mikhalka" was staged here in the estate.
Until 2013, the building was used as an office by the local agricultural enterprise.
A mandatory condition for the sale is the performance of repair and restoration work within the deadlines established by the design and estimate documentation, but no later than five years from the date of signing the sale and purchase agreement.
