Targeted Training Fair Held at Ulla State College Named After L. M. Dovator
On December 11, a targeted training fair for agricultural specialties was held at Ulla State College named after L. M. Dovator.
Representatives from the Vitebsk State Academy of Veterinary Medicine, Belarusian State Agricultural Academy, the veterinary academy's agricultural college, organizations that are employers, and district-level specialists from the veterinary station came to Ulla to meet with students from grades 9-11 of local schools and the college, and to discuss career choices.
Students from agricultural classes at Ostroven Secondary School named after K. A. Abazovsky and Bochaykovo Secondary School named after M. A. Vysogorets shared their achievements with their peers.
The event was also attended by the Chairperson of the District Executive Committee, Galina Unukovich.

The targeted training fair was held in the format of a dialogue platform.
The moderator was Olga Krasakova, Head of the Education Department of the District Executive Committee.
Future graduates were introduced to the specialties available at educational institutions, including Ulla College, and informed about the possibility of obtaining a targeted placement, which guarantees advantages during admission and guaranteed employment after graduation.
Currently, 27 young specialists are working in Beshenkovichi District, with 16 having started their employment in 2025. Ten individuals are employed based on concluded targeted training agreements.
The district's agricultural enterprises require veterinarians, zootechnicians, livestock breeders, milking machine operators, machine operators, drivers, and welders.
Perhaps at this meeting, the young people truly looked into the future to understand what they want to do.
