Throughout this week, festive events dedicated to the City Settlement Day will be held in Beshenkovichi.
Activists of the district organization of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union took part in the labor campaign "Youth For Action!" – they tidied up the Komsomol Park.
"We are descendants of the Fatherland's defenders, and we must preserve our heritage, the memory of those who bought us freedom and independence at the cost of their lives," emphasized Elena Babaren, First Secretary of the District Committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union. "Every well-maintained obelisk, monument, and memorial is a connecting thread between generations."
At 8 PM, a digital patriotic event "80 Years of Victory!" was held at the Mound of Glory.
