The republican campaign "For Safety Together" is launching in the Vitebsk region
One of the main
reasons for fires continues to be the failure of citizens to comply with fire
safety rules due to inattention or ignorance, but the outcome is the same.
In order to prevent such fires, as well as to increase public awareness in the field of fire safety, strengthen law and order, and prevent offenses committed by citizens in a state of alcoholic intoxication, from April 15 to May 1, 2024, the republican campaign «For Safety Together» will be held on the territory of the Vitebsk region.
Representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Information, the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Energy, as well as the Belarusian Voluntary Fire Society, will take part in the preventive measures.
Traditionally, first and foremost, the prevention entities will pay attention to families in which children are in a socially dangerous situation, lonely and single elderly citizens, lonely and single disabled citizens, citizens who use their homes for drinking alcoholic beverages, persons leading an antisocial lifestyle, and veterans of the Great Patriotic War, and other socially vulnerable categories of citizens.
