In order to prevent emergencies at construction sites in the Beshenkovichi district, employees of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations (hereinafter referred to as the RROES) conducted a set of supervisory and preventive measures (technical measures, raids, discussions, briefings for employees, etc.) at construction sites in the district from October 20 to November 21, 2025.

Construction and installation work is currently underway at 5 sites. Over the past period, RROES employees have commissioned 8 construction sites and 6 fire automation systems.

The most common violations at construction sites in 2025 were regime violations committed by contracting organizations, namely:

provision of buildings under construction, territory, and utility rooms with primary fire extinguishing means (absent or not fully available);

cluttering of the territory with combustible waste and construction debris;

storage (keeping) of combustible materials (construction structures) within the established fire breaks, etc.

Violations by general contracting construction organizations were typically rectified after the issuance of relevant orders, which was primarily due to the location of construction organizations outside the district.

We would like to reiterate the importance of strict compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents in the field of fire safety, both during the execution of construction and installation works and during the design of these facilities.

For the purpose of preventing potential emergency situations, as well as problems during the acceptance of a construction project into operation, we recommend that the owners of construction sites (developers) analyze the progress of construction and installation works and design.
