The meeting took place at a memorial sign at the point where the troops of the 43rd Army of the 1st Baltic Front and the 39th Army of the 3rd Belorussian Front joined during Operation Bagration on June 25, 1944, in the area of the village of Gnezdilovo.

The event was attended by grandchildren and great-grandchildren of the Soviet military leader and statesman, Marshal of the Soviet Union, twice Hero of the Soviet Union, Deputy Minister of Defense of the USSR Ivan Khristoforovich Bagramyan; the Soviet military leader, commander of an army and front during the Great Patriotic War, twice Hero of the Soviet Union, General of the Army Ivan Danilovich Chernyakhovsky; and the Soviet military leader, twice Hero of the Soviet Union, holder of the Order of Victory, the only Marshal of two countries, the Soviet Union and Poland, in the history of the USSR, Konstantin Konstantinovich Rokossovsky.

The rally was also attended by Astghik Baldryan, Chargé d'affaires of Armenia to the Republic of Belarus, public figure, initiator and head of many social projects for the preservation of historical truth and memory Vladimir Terentyev, representatives of Lomonosov Moscow State University, the "Aniv" foundation for the development and support of Armenian studies, district administration, members of work collectives, public associations, youth, and students.
