The National Center of Legislation and Legal Information is collecting proposals from citizens and organizations on problematic legislative issues from July 20 to October 1 of the current year.

The National Center of Legislation and Legal Information from July 20 to October 1 of the current year is conducting a collection of proposals from citizens and organizations on problematic legislative issues related to excessive regulation and conflicts between Government decrees and departmental acts.

Information on the collection is posted on the National Legal Internet Portal (https://pravo.by/novosti/novosti-pravo-by/2024/jule/78303/).

Examples of departmental acts and Government decrees that do not comply with the Constitution, laws, and Presidential decrees, duplicate legislative norms, contradict each other, are outdated, or contain excessive requirements, as well as proposals on these issues, can be sent by citizens and organizations to:

• a dedicated topic on the "Legal Forum of Belarus" website;

• to the email address sbor@center.gov.by or by postal mail to the National Center of Legislation and Legal Information (220030, Minsk, 1a Berson St., with the note "Collection");

• to the divisions of the National Center of Legislation and Legal Information located in the regional centers – the regional legal information centers of Brest, Vitebsk, Gomel, Grodno, and Mogilev regions.

All submitted proposals will be studied by the center's experts and discussed in specially created working groups.

Citizens and legal entities may, if necessary, familiarize themselves with the content of legislative acts on the National Legal Internet Portal, which is a source of official publication, in the state information and legal resources

"ETALON" and "ETALON-ONLINE", as well as in public legal information centers located in the libraries of our country.
