Do not neglect children's safety during the summer period

Caring for the safety of life and health of citizens, the district prosecutor's office informs about the need to observe elementary rules of conduct on water, road traffic, as well as in everyday life by all residents and guests of the district.

In addition, summer is also the peak of childhood injuries, which should not be overlooked: school holidays, a trip to grandma's village, open windows and invitingly cool bodies of water – exploring unfamiliar areas, a child is at risk not only of getting hurt, but also of causing serious harm to their health. You always have to be on guard with children, take safety measures by tidying up your apartment, house, and yard.

Protruding pins, sharp edges, dangerous corners, access to electricity and chemicals, the possibility of falling – all this must be neutralized by adults.

A special topic is swimming in bodies of water. Having taught a child to swim and explained the danger of depth, you still cannot leave them alone with the water element; someone must observe this process. Many children suffer in road traffic accidents: as a rule, these are the most severe injuries. And given the ever-increasing flow of cars, studying traffic rules and parental example of their observance can become one of the main lessons of life.
