'Don't Burn Your Life Away!': The Ministry of Emergency Situations' Republican Information and Propaganda Campaign Has Launched
Today, November 4, the republican information and propaganda campaign of the Ministry of Emergency Situations "Don't Burn Your Life!" has started.
The campaign is aimed at preventing fires due to careless handling of fire while smoking and deaths resulting from them.
The campaign events, from November 4 to 27, will take place in dormitories, secondary and vocational schools, at the bus station, and in retail outlets.
Ministry of Emergency Situations employees will organize interactive sessions, master classes on the use of primary fire extinguishing equipment, first aid, remind about the consequences of the bad habit, and demonstrate the operation of autonomous smoke detectors and videos titled "Victims of a Bad Habit."
During quizzes, contests, photo exhibitions, intellectual games, open dialogues, thematic area activities, and other events, information will be provided about the dangers of smoking and tragedies that occurred due to careless handling of fire while smoking.
Intensive fire prevention work will also be carried out in residential areas. Ministry of Emergency Situations employees will visit households and apartments of citizens to once again remind them of the need to comply with fire safety rules.
