Are there real detectives in the Ministry of Emergency Situations? Beshenkovichi

Investigating fires is one of the most engaging and important areas of activity for an EMERCOM inspector. Determining the cause of a fire is a very important and complex task. To identify the place of the initial ignition, as well as to determine its true cause, the inspector has to apply all their skills and abilities, be particularly attentive, know the conditions that preceded the fire, and also rely on the collected "evidence."

As part of the third stage of the "Safety in Every Home" campaign, students from Secondary School No. 2 in Beshenkovichi urban settlement "tried on" the role of an inspector and attempted to determine the cause of a fire. The children were given several tasks: they had to identify sounds that surrounded the fire scene and could have influenced it, identify substances found at the fire scene, present a version of what happened based on the collected evidence, and also immerse themselves in the image of the "perpetrator."

This event was a novelty for the children, however, they coped with all the tasks and also found out which causes of fires are most common.
