Throughout the day, all interested individuals can personally visit any notary office or notary bureau in the Vitebsk region and receive a notary's consultation on matters concerning inheritance, wills, property division, prenuptial agreements, real estate donation agreements, submission of electronic documents for state registration of legal entities or individual entrepreneurs, or amendments to the charter (founding agreement) by a notary, securing written evidence, and other legal issues related to notarial activities.
