On Activities Related to Emissions of Pollutants into the Atmospheric Air
Please be informed that on February 18, 2024, Resolution No. 33 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection dated December 27, 2023, "On Activities Related to Emissions of Pollutants into the Atmospheric Air," came into force, which applies to relations arising from January 23, 2024.
The Resolution establishes:
a list of pollutants, total indicators of pollutants for which permissible emission standards for pollutants into the atmospheric air are set;
a list of atmospheric air impact objects for which permissible emission standards for pollutants into the atmospheric air are set
and approved:
regulations on the procedure for inventorying emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air;
regulations on the procedure for establishing permissible emission standards for pollutants into the atmospheric air.
The following resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection are also recognized as having lost their force:
dated May 29, 2009, No. 30 "On Approval of the Instruction on the Procedure for Classifying Atmospheric Air Impact Objects into Certain Categories";
dated June 8, 2009, No. 37 "On Approval of the Instruction on the Procedure for Developing Technological Emission Standards for Pollutants into the Atmospheric Air";dated June 23, 2009, No. 42 "On Approval of the Instruction on the Procedure for Inventorying Emissions of Pollutants into the Atmospheric Air";
dated September 9, 2019, No. 32 "On Amending Resolution No. 42 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection dated June 23, 2009";
dated October 19, 2020, No. 21 "On Permissible Emission Standards for Pollutants into the Atmospheric Air";
subparagraph 1.2 of paragraph 1 of Resolution No. 5 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection dated February 19, 2021, "On Amending Resolutions of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection."
