About the Rating Assessment Portal
In order to ensure a transparent and objective mechanism for assessing the effectiveness of organizations' activities in the Republic of Belarus, a portal for rating the quality of services and administrative procedures provided by organizations of the Republic of Belarus has been created and is functioning. It is available on the Internet at: quality-services.by.
To assess an organization's performance, you need to fill out a questionnaire by clicking the "Rate" button in the organization's profile. The organization can be found on the portal in any way convenient for the user:
- using the search bar
- in the list of organizations
- on the map (section "Rating")
- by areas of life and categories.
