On the adoption of additional measures to stabilize the operational situation in the district
In the Beshenkovichi district, 4 crimes were committed by minors in the first 9 months of 2019 (a 100% increase in crime compared to the previous year). Three out of four crimes were committed by students of the Educational Institution "Ulsky State Lyceum of Agricultural Production named after L.M. Dovator", in connection with which the district prosecutor's office, together with the commission for juvenile affairs and the education department, conducted an inspection of the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of crimes, and the effectiveness of preventive work with students of this educational institution.
The results of the inspection were reviewed on October 29, 2019, at an operational meeting with District Prosecutor A.A. Starchenko, with the participation of Deputy Chairman of the District Executive Committee N.A. Zablocki, Deputy Chairman of the Commission for Juvenile Affairs A.A. Builova, Education Department Specialist E.L. Safonova, Inspector of the Juvenile Affairs Department of the Beshenkovichi District Department of Internal Affairs A.S. Adamovich, and Deputy Director of the Educational Institution "Ulsky State Lyceum of Agricultural Production named after L.M. Dovator" V.V. Pesetsky.
Based on the results of the operational meeting, a set of additional measures to stabilize the operational situation was developed. A corresponding submission was prepared for the lyceum.
