On taking measures to ensure the safety of trade facilities in the Beshenkovichi district
In April – May 2021, the inspection and prevention department of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted control measures (repeated monitoring) on compliance with fire safety legislation, including mandatory requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the fire safety regulation and standardization system for the private commercial unitary enterprise "KARAVAYtorg" (legal address – p.g.t. Beshenkovichi, Molodezhnaya St., 23, apt. 32) (head of the business entity – Zyulkova Natalia Olegovna), and the private commercial unitary enterprise "AVTOKAB" (legal address – p.g.t. Beshenkovichi, Internatsionalnaya St., 42) (head of the business entity – Karpeko Igor Alexandrovich).
During the work carried out, it was established that the heads of the above-mentioned business entities have taken measures to eliminate the proposed fire safety measures, including equipping the store buildings with autonomous fire detectors with the alarm signal output to the building facade, organizing employee training according to fire safety minimum programs determined by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and conducting fire safety briefings and training for employees on fire safety measures.
The heads of the business entities have approached the implementation of recommendations from state fire supervision bodies and the bringing of facilities into a fire-safe condition with full responsibility.
The Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety," heads and other officials of organizations in the field of fire safety are obliged to ensure fire safety and the fire safety regime in their respective organizations.
