On conducting a monitoring of the fire safety status of the state educational institution "Beshenkovichi District Socio-Pedagogical Center" located at: Beshenkovichi District, urban-type settlement Beshenkovichi, Kommunisticheskaya Street, 20-1.

  

From March 16, 2023, to March 20, 2023, the supervision and prevention sector of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of compliance with fire safety legislation, including mandatory requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the fire safety regulation and standardization system of the state educational institution "Beshenkovichi District Socio-Pedagogical Center" located at: Beshenkovichi District,                                 urban-type settlement Beshenkovichi, Kommunisticheskaya Street, 20-1 (Director – Natalya Ivanovna Bulynya).

violations of fire safety requirements have been identified that do not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment, namely:

Following the monitoring, a violation of fire safety requirements has been identified that does not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment, namely:

the facility does not have a reserve of fire detectors of at least 10% of the number installed (Clause 8.3.11 of TKP 316-2011 "System for technical maintenance and repair of automatic fire suppression systems, smoke protection systems, fire alarm systems, fire notification and evacuation control systems. Organization and procedure for carrying out work").

The building is equipped with automatic fire alarm and fire notification systems (hereinafter referred to as the systems), the activation signal is transmitted to the "Molniya" dispatch center. The aforementioned systems are serviced by the specialized organization LLC "StroyElektrosfera". According to the logbook of maintenance and current repair work, the last technical maintenance was carried out on February 16, 2023, as part of the R1 maintenance schedule, and the system was handed over to the customer in working condition.

During the monitoring, a check of the operability and serviceability of these systems was carried out with representatives of the servicing organization (16.03.2023). The systems are in operable and serviceable condition.

The reasons and conditions contributing to the commission of the specified violations were the insufficient knowledge by the officials of the facility of the requirements of regulatory legal acts in the field of fire safety.

During the monitoring, a presentation was made to the work collective of the section on issues of ensuring fire safety at work and at home.

Recommendations were sent to the head of the business entity, deadlines were set for the implementation of the proposed fire safety measure and the provision of information to the Beshenkovichi Regional Department for Emergency Situations for control over the implementation of the proposed fire safety measures.
