On conducting a monitoring of the fire safety status of the dormitory of the Beshenkovichi branch of the Center for Professional Development of Forestry Workers

From August 23 to August 31, 2022, the inspection and prevention department of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of compliance with fire safety legislation (hereinafter referred to as the monitoring), including mandatory requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the fire safety regulation and standardization system (hereinafter referred to as TRNPA) of the dormitory of the Beshenkovichi Branch of the Center for Professional Development of Forestry Workers (branch manager – Vonsik Antonina Petrovna), located at: Beshenkovichi district, urban settlement Beshenkovichi, Michurina str., 4A.

During the monitoring, it was established that the head and officials of the aforementioned economic entity ensure fire safety and fire prevention regime at the facility. The identified violations of TRNPA were eliminated during the monitoring (the fire evacuation plan is executed in accordance with the approved form determined by the Ministry of Emergency Situations; the facility-wide fire safety instructions are executed in accordance with the requirements determined by the Ministry of Emergency Situations).

The dormitory building is equipped with automatic fire alarm systems, and systems for notifying people about fire (hereinafter referred to as

systems), the alarm signal is sent to the "Molniya" dispatch center. The aforementioned systems are serviced by the specialized organization LLC "Belspecsystemy".

During the monitoring, together with the representatives of the servicing organization, a check was carried out (08/23/2022) of the operability and serviceability of these systems; the systems are in operable and serviceable condition.

Beshenkovichi Regional Department for Emergency Situations reminds that in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Fire Safety" heads and other officials of organizations in the field of fire safety are obliged to ensure fire safety and fire safety regulations in their respective organizations.
