In this regard, in the city of Vitebsk and in part of the Vitebsk, Gorodok, Shumilino, Senno, Liozno, Beshenkovichi, and Orsha districts, terrestrial television and radio broadcasting reception from the Vitebsk ORTPC will be unavailable during daytime hours from 09:15 to 15:00 on 13.09.2023.
