Regarding work in connection with the rescheduling of a working day

By Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 572 of October 11, 2021 "On the Transfer of Working Days in 2022", the working day of Monday, May 2, was transferred to Saturday, May 14.
The transfers of individual working days, announced by resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, apply to the planning of working hours for employees who have a five-day working week with days off on Saturday and Sunday, and for whom the transferred days are working days.

Thus, the transfers do not apply to employees with a 6-day working week or a 5-day working week with days off on Sunday and Monday, or any other work schedule.
Considering that the duration of the transferred working day is maintained when working days are transferred, the duration of work on May 14 will be 7 hours, as the duration of the pre-holiday working day of May 2 is reduced by one hour.

If May 2 cannot be a working day for an employee due to temporary disability or being on annual leave, the transfer does not apply to such an employee.
Let's consider a few examples for employees of organizations with a 5-day working week and days off on Saturday and Sunday.
    1. An employee is granted annual leave for 30 calendar days from April 5 to May 6. The transfer does not apply to them; May 14 will be a day off for the employee, as they will be on annual leave on May 2.
In the time sheet for the use of working time, May 2 is marked as a day of annual leave, and May 14 is a day off.
    2. The employee is granted an annual leave of 30 calendar days from April 5 to May 6. If, due to operational necessity and with the employee's consent, such an employee is involved in work on May 14, this work shall be compensated as work on a day off.
    3. The employee is temporarily incapacitated from April 28 to May 5; the transfer does not apply to them. May 14 will be a day off for the employee, as they were temporarily incapacitated on May 2.
In the time sheet for working time usage, May 2 is marked as temporary incapacity, and May 14 is marked as a day off.
   4. The employee is temporarily incapacitated from April 28 to May 5. If, due to operational necessity and with the employee's consent, such an employee is involved in work on May 14, this work shall be compensated as work on a day off.
   5. The employee was hired on May 5, 2022; May 14 will be a day off for the employee.
Organizations are granted the right to reschedule working days in a different order in accordance with the legislation, taking into account the specifics of production (work).
