On the Results of Control Activities for 2024
One of the main tasks of the Beshenkovichi District Inspectorate for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection is control in the field of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources. Control is carried out in the form of selective inspections, as well as preventive and precautionary measures.
In 2024, the inspectorate conducted 2 selective inspections, 9 monitoring activities, and 5 technical (technological, verification) measures.
Based on the results of selective inspections, 66 measures were prescribed to eliminate violations, 6 perpetrators were brought to administrative responsibility for a total of 3840 rubles, and 38 decisions were issued to terminate cases with the application of a preventive measure in the form of a warning.
The main violations identified as a result of the inspections include the absence and non-compliance with the established procedure for maintaining documentation related to environmental impact, violation of waste management legislation, unauthorized placement of production waste, violation of gas cleaning equipment operation rules, violation of water use rules, and others.
Based on the results of the monitoring activities, 31 recommendations (565 points) were issued to eliminate identified violations, 2 perpetrators were brought to administrative responsibility for a total of 3000 rubles, and 1 decision was issued to terminate the case with the application of a preventive measure in the form of a warning.
Based on the results of the technical (technological, verification) measures, 127 measures were prescribed to eliminate identified violations.
In total, in 2024, the inspectorate brought 10 perpetrators to administrative responsibility for a total of 8840 rubles, and issued 54 decisions to terminate cases with the application of a preventive measure in the form of a warning.
During the control activities, 12 facts of environmental damage were identified for a total amount of 13773.53 rubles.
To inform entities about typical violations identified during control activities, and to conduct explanatory work on how to comply with legal requirements and apply their provisions in practice, 29 materials were published in the mass media (periodical press, television or radio broadcasting, global computer network Internet).
