On departmental reporting on the results of accounting in the field of atmospheric air protection.

In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated December 16, 2008, No. 2-Z "On Atmospheric Air Protection" (hereinafter referred to as Law No. 2-Z), starting from 2025 (report for 2024), legal entities engaged in activities related to emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air, based on a permit for emissions of pollutants into the atmospheric air (integrated environmental permit), are obliged to submit departmental reports on the results of accounting in the field of atmospheric air protection in electronic form to the regional or Minsk city committees for natural resources and environmental protection (email addresses are provided in the instructions) at the location of the atmospheric air impact object.

The deadline for submitting the departmental report "Report on the results of accounting in the field of atmospheric air protection" is January 25, 2025.
