The importance of the Basic Law, adopted over three decades ago, was discussed on March 26 during the Unified Information Day in the Verkhnekrivinsky Village Council
An information and propaganda group led by the chairman of the district executive committee, Galina Unukovich, arrived to meet with local residents.
Galina Vladimirovna informed those present about the key norms of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, and the main stages of formation and development of modern Belarusian statehood.
"Belarusians have convincingly demonstrated their cohesion, growth in political culture, and the inviolability of state sovereignty," emphasized the head of the district. "Now, we must work together to further strengthen the positive trends that have gained momentum in society."
Those gathered at the meeting took the opportunity to personally ask the district leadership pressing questions. Many of them were clarified, while others, requiring further consideration, were taken under control.
