On Waste Utilization

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated 20.07.2007 N 271-Z "On Waste Management", the main principles in the field of waste management are:

priority of waste utilization over its neutralization or disposal, provided that environmental protection legislation requirements are met;

priority of waste neutralization over its disposal, etc.

Disposal of secondary material resources is prohibited.

Disposal of secondary material resources entails administrative liability in accordance with Part 2 of Article 16.44 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Belarus.
