On the organization of personal reception of citizens in the prosecutor's offices of the region

 

         Advance registration is carried out from 9:00 to 18:00 (lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00)  by phone: 37-21-52, 37-45-16 and is terminated  3 business days  before the scheduled appointment date.

         Also, deputy regional prosecutors   will continue to conduct personal reception of citizens  with complaints about the decisions of heads of departments, senior assistants to the regional prosecutor, city and district prosecutors, and the Vitebsk transport prosecutor.

The First Deputy Regional Prosecutor conducts reception:

1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month – from 8:00 to 13:00,

2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month – from 14:00 to 20:00.

Deputy Regional Prosecutors conduct reception:

1st and 3rd Monday of the month – from 8:00 to 13:00,

2nd and 4th Monday of the month – from 14:00 to 20:00.

1st and 3rd Thursday of the month – from 8:00 to 13:00,

2nd and 4th Thursday of the month – from 14:00 to 20:00.

         When meeting with deputy regional prosecutors on days after 18:00, please arrange this in advance by calling the above-mentioned phone numbers.

         Additionally, at the regional prosecutor's office, prosecutor staff conduct personal interviews with citizens daily on working days from 8:00 to 18:00 (with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00). The schedule for these interviews is approved monthly by the regional prosecutor. You can also schedule an appointment with prosecutor staff during non-working hours by calling the above-mentioned phone numbers.

from 18:00  to 20:00.    On weekends and public holidays, personal reception  by prosecutors is held  from 9:00 to 14:00 without a lunch break.

         Prosecutors of cities and districts of the region, the Vitebsk transport prosecutor receive citizens on Wednesdays (1st, 3rd, 5th Wednesday of the month - from 08:00 to 13:00;  2nd, 4th Wednesday of the month - from 14:00 to 20:00).

Deputy prosecutors of cities and districts, of the Vitebsk transport prosecutor receive citizens on Mondays (1st, 3rd, 5th Monday of the month - from 08:00 to 13:00; 2nd, 4th Monday of the month - from 14:00 to 20:00).

Please note that after 18:00,  on weekends and public holidays, personal reception in the prosecutor's offices of cities and districts of the region, and the Vitebsk transport prosecutor's office  is by appointment only (contact phone numbers can be obtained directly from the respective prosecutor's office).
