On the approval of administrative procedure regulations

On June 1, 2022, the Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus dated March 4, 2022, No. 22 "On Approval of Administrative Procedure Regulations" was published on the National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus.

Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations No. 22 approves administrative procedure regulations aimed at regulating issues of approving deviations from industrial safety norms and rules, issuing conclusions on the compliance of construction objects being put into operation with permissive and design documentation, and issuing permits and making amendments to permits for:

- conducting training and retraining of persons engaged in the transportation of dangerous goods;

- manufacturing of specific models (types) of potentially hazardous objects or technical devices operated (used) at potentially hazardous objects;

- conducting technical inspections of amusement rides, construction freight and passenger elevators, lifting cranes, elevators, and pressure vessels in operation;

- developing industrial safety declarations for hazardous production facilities.

In addition, the regulations of the specified administrative procedures establish the lists of documents required for their implementation, as well as the validity periods of documents issued as a result of the implementation of administrative procedures.

The Resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 2022 No. 22 "On Approval of Administrative Procedure Regulations" comes into force from June 2, 2022.
