Within 30 calendar days from the date of publication of information on the sale, the applicant for the purchase of a residential building shall submit the following documents in person or through their representative to the local executive and administrative body:
an application for the purchase of a vacant residential building in the form established by the State Property Committee (Resolution of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus dated 23.09.2021 No. 23 "On Forms of Documents");
by a citizen – a copy of the identity document, without notarization;
by a citizen's representative – a power of attorney;
by an individual entrepreneur – a copy of the state registration certificate, without notarization;
by a representative or authorized official of a legal entity of the Republic of Belarus – a power of attorney issued by the legal entity, or a document confirming the authority of the official, copies of documents confirming the state registration of the legal entity, without notarization, a document indicating the bank details of the legal entity;
by a representative or authorized official of a foreign legal entity – copies of constituent documents and an extract from the trade register of the country of origin (the extract must be made within one year prior to the submission of the application) or other equivalent proof of legal status in accordance
with the legislation of the country of origin with a translation into Belarusian or Russian (the accuracy of the translation or the authenticity of the translator's signature must be certified by a notary or a person authorized to perform notarial acts), a power of attorney or a document confirming the authority of an official, a document on financial solvency issued by the servicing bank or other credit and financial organization, with a translation into Belarusian or Russian (the accuracy of the translation or the authenticity of the translator's signature must be certified by a notary or a person authorized to perform notarial acts).Documents drawn up outside the Republic of Belarus in accordance with the legislation of a foreign state must be legalized, unless otherwise provided by law.
