The largest number of industrial accidents resulting in loss of work capacity for one day or more and fatal outcomes occurred in organizations in Vitebsk (44 injured), Orsha district – 16 injured, Vitebsk district – 15, Novopolotsk – 13.
Among the cities and districts of the region, a significantly higher industrial injury rate was noted in 2023 in Tolochin, Dubrovno, Vitebsk, and Shumilino districts. The lowest rate was in Dokshytsy, Miory, Ushachy, Rossony, Chashniki, and Sharkovshchina districts.
