The Vitebsk Quantorium for pedagogical clubs and communities of the region gathered around 150 educators. Each community presented a creative showcase, and the region's best educators conducted nine interactive masterclasses, presenting their best developments at the Regional Institute for Education Development.

Interactive platforms were operational in the hall of the Regional Institute for Education Development prior to the event.

Dmitry Khoma, Head of the Main Department for Education of the Regional Executive Committee, emphasized the importance of both training and continuous self-development for teachers. In his opinion, in a rapidly changing world, and considering new technologies such as artificial intelligence, it is crucial to update teaching approaches.

– Today's event is the concluding annual gathering where representatives of network communities and pedagogical clubs come together to exchange experiences and demonstrate their achievements over the year. The main aspect of the event is precisely the exchange of experience, as we have many significant achievements, especially in the methodological sphere, – noted Dmitry Khoma. – Within the framework of the Quantorium program, nine masterclasses are planned, where the best educators will share their work. Our key task is to collect the best practices and provide them to pedagogical teams and educational and methodological offices for further implementation at the local level.

"VV" Reference. Quantorium is a format of adult supplementary education aimed at activating personal and professional potential, generalizing and disseminating the experience of creatively working educators.

Rector of VOIRO Olga Lapatinskaya emphasized that the number of like-minded people in the quantumarium continues to grow.

– Indeed, "quant" symbolizes a flash, and the Institute for the Development of Education throughout the year is a territory for forming interesting and creative ideas, and for the implementation of bold plans. I am sure that the teachers of the Vitebsk region are the best, and we are capable of realizing any ideas and fulfilling the most ambitious desires, – said Olga Lapatinskaya.

– This platform unites people passionate about one goal – to improve the quality of education. We not only conduct master classes, present our printed works, but also, for example, actively cooperate with young specialists, including work on retaining staff in their places. For a long time, we worked on raising the status of a teacher. Only true lovers of their craft – amateurs, not just enthusiasts – remain to work in our sector, – noted the teacher.

The quantumarium's work will conclude with a grand closing ceremony, where the "Partner of the Year" awards were presented.
