"One of the main issues of the upcoming VII All-Belarusian People's Assembly will be the discussion of the Program for the Socio-Economic Development of the Republic of Belarus for 2026–2030. It is planned to implement 28 state programs within this five-year period. They cover a wide range of areas. This includes housing construction, development of small and medium-sized businesses, education, digitalization, tourism, and others.
The Program for Socio-Economic Development is the programmatic document that guides the development of the Republic of Belarus and, of course, the regions. Today, it is important for industry to develop in the regions, and the standard of living of the population to increase. I would like to see new investment projects implemented, new production facilities opened, and development to continue, with new jobs appearing with decent wages. So that young people, when choosing where it's better, choose their native home."
