They are changing the face of cities and regions. Construction workers of the northern region are honored in the Vitebsk district
18,000 construction industry workers will celebrate their professional holiday in the Vitebsk region on the second Sunday of August.
The best among them are currently being recognized with high awards, certificates of honor, and letters of gratitude from the Ministry of Architecture and Construction, the regional leadership, and the industry trade union.
A festive event dedicated to Builder's Day has started at the Vitebsk District Center of Culture and Creativity in the agro-town of Novka.
