A list of fishing grounds has been determined where underwater hunting and/or trolling from vessels with engines may be carried out. The list of fishing grounds suitable for fisheries management, which can also be provided, has been updated.
By the Resolution of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee dated July 19, 2022 No. 380 "On the List of Fishing Grounds" (effective from July 29, 2022), a list of fishing grounds has been determined in which underwater hunting and (or) trolling from vessels with engines is allowed, with the use of one lure or bait per angler, during daylight hours:

The procedure for granting lease of fishing grounds to legal entities is regulated by the Rules of Fishery Management, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of 21.07.2021 No. 284
