Orange Hazard Level Due to Wind Announced for April 6 in Belarus
Strong gusty winds are expected across most of Belarus on April 6, prompting the announcement of an orange hazard level for the country. The Republican Center for Hydrometeorology, Radioactive Contamination Control and Environmental Monitoring of the Ministry of Natural Resources informed BELTA of this.
Belarus will experience variable cloudiness on April 6. Short-term rains are expected in most parts of the country, with wet snow possible in some areas during the day. Thunderstorms may occur during daylight hours. The wind will be southwesterly, westerly, gusty, with strong gusts expected in some districts at night and across most of the territory during the day.
Air temperature at night will range from plus 2-8 degrees Celsius, and during the day from 7-13 degrees Celsius above zero.
