Opening of the renovated physiotherapy department in Beshenkovichi
On December 24, the renovated physical therapy department was solemnly opened at the Beshenkovichi Central District Hospital.
The ceremony was attended by Mikhail Vishnevetsky, Head of the Main Healthcare Department of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, Galina Unukovich, Chairperson of the District Executive Committee, Gennady Shvedov, Chairperson of the District Council of Deputies, representatives of labor collectives, and the region's parliamentary corps.
The department has been completely renovated, with windows and doors replaced, and partially the heating system and wiring, as well as floor and ceiling coverings. Over 300 thousand rubles were allocated for repairs, and over 130 thousand rubles for the purchase of medical equipment. Modern equipment will allow for an expanded range of physical therapy services, reduced inpatient treatment times, and accelerated patient recovery.
The healthcare system in Belarus receives the utmost attention. The Head of State always emphasizes that all those in need should have the opportunity to receive quality medical care in any corner of our country. After all, the health of any nation is the key to its sustainable development and prosperity, — emphasized the head of the district, congratulating those present. — The opening of the physical therapy department after renovation is a New Year's gift for the residents of the district. I am confident that it will now be much more convenient for patients to receive necessary physical therapy procedures, and for the medical staff to provide them.
The festive mood was supported by creative performances by cultural workers. The ceremony concluded with a tour and tasting of oxygen cocktails.
