Fire extinguisher usage skills training in Beshenkovichi district

The first working day of 2019 was dedicated to safety by the employees of the Beshenkovichi District Consumer Society. And to ensure that this day was certainly memorable and instructive for everyone, rescuers prepared a comprehensive training program for the meeting with the work collective, which included practical training in the use of fire extinguishers.

However, the rescuers' presentation began with alarming statistics and a review of the past year's results. Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations provided data on fires in the district and region, discussed their main causes, reiterated safety rules for the operation of electrical equipment, actions in case of fire, and rules for calling emergency services, and reminded about the dangers of using pyrotechnic devices and safety rules during the holidays.

At the end of the presentation, each attendee had the opportunity to practice using a fire extinguisher and extinguish a simulated fire source with a powder extinguisher.
