Memorandum for residents of individual households in the urban settlement of Beshenkovichi on the improvement and maintenance (operation) of households and land plots

The Department of Architecture and Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee hereby informs you of the necessity to unconditionally comply with the requirements of the "Rules for the Improvement and Maintenance of Populated Areas", approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of November 28, 2012 No. 1087, and Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2020 No. 430 "On the procedure for determining the sizes (limits) of territories for carrying out work to maintain their proper sanitary condition."

For the purpose of improving and maintaining (operating) a property and a land plot,

provided for the maintenance of a single-family residential building, an apartment in a semi-detached house at the proper  level

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PERFORM:

§  cleaning of the household territory and adjacent territory (sweeping of surfaces, removal of accidental debris, emptying of waste bins, removal of construction debris and materials, clearing of snow and ice from all types of surfaces, treatment with anti-icing materials)  from the boundary of the land plot to the sidewalk (if absent, to the boundary of the roadway of the street, road);

§  removal of weeds, pruning of trees and shrubs, felling of trees and shrubs in poor condition on the plot and adjacent territory from the boundary of the land plot to the sidewalk (if absent, to the boundary of the roadway of the street, road);

§  replacement of damaged structural elements of the residential building,хозяйственно-бытовых построек, капитальный, текущий ремонт фасадов здания;

§  household and utility outbuildings, capital and current repair of building facades;§  to store construction materials and waste for more than 72 hours on the adjacent territory from the land plot boundary to the sidewalk (or to the street roadway boundary if there is no sidewalk);

§  to discharge (dump) liquid waste onto the ground, into storm sewers, or water bodies.

ATTENTION!!!

Violation of the specified requirements entails the imposition of a fine in the amount of up to 25 basic units (Article 21.14 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses).
