Following a submission by the Beshenkovichi District Prosecutor's Office, violations have been rectified and work with potentially dangerous objects for minors has been organized
The District Prosecutor's Office regularly carries out supervisory measures aimed at ensuring the safety of minors, with the adoption of prosecutorial response measures.
For example, at the end of June 2020, the District Prosecutor's Office conducted an inspection of work with potentially dangerous objects for minors, revealing a number of violations: lack of fences, free access to emergency buildings and structures, and unsatisfactory sanitary conditions.
Based on the identified violations, the District Prosecutor's Office submitted a representation to the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee, containing a number of requirements aimed at organizing work and eliminating violations.
During the review of the supervisory act, a number of measures were taken to eliminate the identified violations.
A meeting was held at the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee with the participation of officials and representatives of organizations and enterprises of the district.
By decision of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee, a passport of potentially dangerous objects for minors in the region was approved, and a permanent commission was established to inspect potentially dangerous objects, places in the district where swimming is prohibited, as well as water bodies (kopani), which are equated to potentially dangerous objects, and responsible persons were appointed.
Practical measures have also been taken to ensure safety at potentially dangerous objects.
The building of the former club in the village of Vyaderevo was demolished, and information signs "Emergency building", "Stop, no passage" were installed on both sides of the approach to the unfinished kindergarten construction in the agrotown of Verkhovye.
A two-story four-apartment residential building located in the village of Strizhevo was cordoned off with warning tape around its perimeter, and a sign was installed.
Access to the uninhabited half of the former post office building in the agrotown of Svecha was closed. Windows and doors in the building of the former boiler house in the agrotown of Svecha were boarded up. A dilapidated uninhabited house (without a number) in the village of Pyatigorsk was cordoned off with warning tape around its perimeter, entered into the register of dilapidated houses, and will be demolished in the near future.
Information leaflets prohibiting people from being inside or near them were placed on two-story buildings in the agrotown of DvorNizgolovo.
Warning signs were installed near the building of the Rubezhsky rural club and the former stable located in the agrotown of Rubezh.
The organization of work to prevent accidents among minors and create safe conditions at potentially dangerous objects has been put under control.
Following the review of the representation, two officials were brought to disciplinary responsibility.
Supervisory measures will continue.
