Under the guise of selling to the public, the head (foreman) of a farm of an agricultural enterprise concealed the death of young cattle: the Beshenkovichi District Prosecutor's Office supported the state prosecution.

The Beshenkovichi District Prosecutor's Office supported in court the state prosecution against the head (foreman) of one of the district's agricultural enterprises, who was charged with official forgery.

As established during the judicial investigation, the head (foreman) of the dairy farm, with the aim of concealing the death of 7 heads of young cattle that occurred between May and November 2021, while in her office, entered deliberately false information and records into official documents: "animal weighing sheets" form 306 - APK, "acts of transfer (sale), purchase of livestock and poultry under contracts with citizens" form 419 - APK, monthly "reports on the movement of livestock and poultry on the farm" form 311 - APK, regarding the sale of actually deceased young cattle to the public.

The accused justified her actions by the desire to avoid disciplinary and material liability, to avoid material costs when compensating for damage from the death of young cattle, and in an effort to create an appearance of well-being at the farm she headed.

Taking into account the evidence presented by the state prosecutor, the Beshenkovichi District Court issued a guilty verdict.

Based on Part 1 of Article 427 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, the accused was sentenced to restriction of liberty without referral to an open-type correctional institution for a period of 1 year and 6 months.

The court's verdict has not entered into legal force and may be appealed and protested in appellate procedure.
