Assistant to the President - Inspector for the Vitebsk Region Sergey Levkovich visited the Beshenkovichi District
On February 25, Sergey Levkovich, Aide to the President – Inspector for the Vitebsk Region, visited the Beshenkovichi District.
The working visit of the Aide to the President to our region took place within the framework of the assignment given by the Head of State last Friday during an off-site seminar in the Smolevichi District of the Minsk Region.
The President instructed each region to carry out organizational and control measures regarding livestock wintering and preparation for spring field work.
“This year is special, and the five-year period – it’s not just about quality (that’s our end result), it’s about ironclad executive discipline. Without discipline, everything is in vain,” emphasized Alexander Lukashenko, concluding the seminar by stating that the country needs to be shaken up today, “so that, God forbid, there is no hibernation. Your task, I say this in a military manner, is to shake up the country through the vertical of power.”
In our district, Sergey Levkovich inspected livestock facilities and machine yards of ASB-Agro Novator CJSC, PolitotdelAgro State Enterprise, and Sushchevo-Agro LLC.
The focus was on livestock feeding technology, compliance with veterinary and sanitary rules for keeping and raising cattle, availability of spare parts, and the progress of equipment repair.
Based on what he saw (this applies not only to the Beshenkovichi district but to the region as a whole), Sergey Levkovich noted that there are no critical problems in the indicated areas of activity.
"Zarya""Yes, there are farms that require increased attention, local authorities should intervene here to strengthen control and organize technological discipline in milk production, first and foremost," emphasized the President's Aide. "As for the preparation of equipment for spring, many issues have been resolved, certain budget resources have been allocated, and most farms are provided with spare parts. What is required from the farmers is to intensify their work."
