Apply to higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus

          Currently, the education system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus is represented by two higher education institutions: the "Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" in Minsk and the "Mogilev Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs" in Mogilev. This year, a unified competition will be held by the inter-university admissions committee at the higher education institutions. This provides an advantage (if an applicant does not qualify for admission to one educational institution, but has indicated another educational institution as the next priority in their application). If they do not get admitted to one educational institution, they will be admitted to another. It should be noted that cadets at educational institutions study on a state-funded basis and are fully supported by the state. This includes highly qualified medical care, free accommodation, meals, and provision of uniforms, in addition to a high stipend. Upon completion of studies (a 4-year program), university graduates receive a state-recognized diploma with the qualification "Lawyer" and the specialty "Jurisprudence".
Applicants participating in the competition for higher education will undergo three entrance examinations in the form of two centralized exams and one centralized testing (CT): Belarusian or Russian language (at the applicant's choice), Social Studies, and a foreign language (at the applicant's choice).
Centralized exams will be held:

May 14 – Russian (Belarusian) language – common for all

May 21 – Social Studies or a Foreign Language (the applicant determines which of these two subjects to take)

Important! – The subject that the applicant did not take as part of the CE will be taken as part of the Centralized Testing (CT)

Citizens of Belarus aged 17 and over can apply for full-time education at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. By enrolling in educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, young people receive free, high-quality legal education, full state provision during their studies, and guaranteed employment in their specialty. Police officers subsequently receive decent wages, opportunities for professional growth, and social guarantees for management personnel.
