Re (control) monitoring of LLC «BelWoodStroyTorg»

From November 23 to 24, 2020, the inspection and prevention department of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a repeated (control) monitoring of compliance with fire safety legislation, including the mandatory requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the fire safety regulation and standardization system of Limited Liability Company "BelWoodStroyTorg", operating in the urban-type settlement of Beshenkovichi at 1G Chernyakhovsky Street (head of the business entity - Tkachenok Alexey Alexandrovich).

During the work performed, it was established that all previously identified violations that do not require significant material costs, as well as the involvement of third-party organizations, have been fully implemented. Currently, the following violations remain uncorrected:

- the spare parts warehouse building (hereinafter - the warehouse), located in the urban-type settlement of Beshenkovichi at 1G Chernyakhovsky Street, is operated in violation of the operational documentation (technical passport) for it, namely: a capital structure (premises) and a canopy for storing property have been erected without authorization in the fire separation distance from the warehouse building; in the volume of the first floor of the warehouse building, premises for a service station, a boiler room, and a shop have also been constructed without authorization.

Currently, the owner is considering the issue of legalizing the specified unauthorized constructions and alterations (obtaining permits for design and construction, developing design documentation).

The deadline for rectifying this violation has not yet expired; in case of non-compliance with the recommendations, enforcement and preventive measures may be taken against the head in accordance with the legislation.
