As Galina Unukovich emphasized, personnel training, the return of young specialists to their small homeland, and their retention are issues that receive special attention in our district and in the country as a whole. To enhance the prestige of working in agriculture, a number of state programs are being implemented, and the legal framework provides for a set of material incentives and guarantees for young specialists and employees of agricultural organizations.

Young men, for example, can take advantage of deferment from conscription for active military service and have the right to serve in the reserve. It was precisely about this right that Galina Unukovich reminded the young specialist from SE "PolitotdelAgro," who came to the reception of the head of the district with a question related to completing the mandatory post-graduation work assignment.

The Chairperson of the District Executive Committee reminded that the construction of a new dairy complex will soon begin at the farm. This is a strategic step that will significantly transform the agricultural landscape of the region. The implementation of this project will not only increase milk production but also bring animal husbandry to a qualitatively new technological level. At the same time, there is an important emphasis on personnel.

"We cannot 'scatter' qualified personnel," Galina Unukovich addressed the young man. "Zootechnicians, which you are, are needed by us, we are ready to support you in terms of housing issues, to intercede with the military enlistment office for service in the reserve. Stay, let's work!"

Another applicant also approached the Chairperson of the District Executive Committee with an "agricultural" issue. At the request of a relative living in the Republic of Moldova, he inquired whether there was an opportunity in the district to allocate land (approximately 500 hectares) to a foreign citizen for agricultural production.
