Koltsa Roman Fyodorovich has been appointed as the Chairman of the committee of the Vitebsk Regional Committee for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection
On January 19, at a working meeting with the staff of the Vitebsk Regional Committee and Inspections of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection, Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of the Republic of Belarus Khudyuk Andrey Pavlovich introduced the chairman of the committee to the staff. In accordance with the Minister's order, Koltsa Roman Fedorovich was appointed to this position from January 19.
