Representative of Beshenkovichi District Prosecutor's Office Participated in District Seminar for Responsible Persons of Institutions, Organizations, and Enterprises of the District on the Implementation of the Requirements of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 18 of November 26, 2006
On November 5, 2020, a seminar was held in the large hall of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee for responsible persons of institutions, organizations, and enterprises of the district on the implementation of the requirements of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 18 of November 26, 2006, regarding work with persons obliged to reimburse expenses incurred by the state for children who are (were) under state care.
Representatives of the Department of Labor, Employment, and Social Protection of the District Executive Committee, the District Department of Internal Affairs, the Compulsory Enforcement Department, and responsible persons of organizations, institutions, and enterprises of the district also participated in the seminar.
During the seminar, problematic aspects in the field of compliance with labor legislation when working with obligated persons were discussed. These included:
1) Grounds for parents' obligation to reimburse child support expenses;
2) Granting of labor leave to obligated persons;
3) Ensuring control over the attendance of obligated persons at work;
4) Procedure for dismissing an obligated person;
5) Compulsory treatment of obligated persons;
6) Issues of interaction and organization.
In this regard, the prosecutor's office employee clarified certain requirements of the relevant legislation and answered incoming questions. Work in this direction will continue.
