The reception of citizens was conducted by Galina Unukovich

On November 26, Galina Unukovich, Chairperson of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee, held a personal reception for citizens. Two individuals voiced their concerns.

A resident of the district center appealed to the head of the district with a request for assistance in improving the temperature regime in her apartment located on Molodezhnaya Street.
To address the issue, specialists will visit the site to determine the cause of the temperature regime's non-compliance with established norms, and to identify and perform the necessary scope of work.

The second applicant complained about the actions of a "one-stop shop" specialist who failed to explain the possibilities for reimbursement of electricity heating costs for rented housing, as well as about the actions of the utility service, which failed to ensure timely major repairs to the building's foundation. She expressed disagreement with the district executive committee's decision to refuse reimbursement.

Oral explanations were provided during the reception regarding the substance of the latter issue. All appeals remain under control and will be considered in accordance with the law.
