By order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus, Andrey Arkadyevich Starchenko, 1st class lawyer, was appointed Prosecutor of Beshenkovichi District from November 15, 2017.

Andrey Arkadyevich has been serving in the prosecutor's offices of the Vitebsk region since May 11, 2012. Prior to his appointment, he worked as a senior assistant prosecutor of Chashniki District, and deputy prosecutor of Dubrovno District.

During his service in the prosecutor's offices, he has proven himself to be a positive, proactive, and responsible prosecutor's officer. He performs his official duties conscientiously and does not spare personal time in his work. He possesses the necessary practical experience and skills in exercising prosecutorial supervision in various fields, and constantly works to improve his professional level.

He maintains business relations with colleagues and employees of other state bodies. He is polite and tactful in communication with citizens.

For conscientious performance of his official duties, he was awarded by the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Belarus and the Prosecutor of Vitebsk Region.
