Product not complying with Technical Regulations: Non-carbonated drink "Aloe Vera"
The State Institution "Beshankovichsky District Center for Hygiene and Epidemiology" informs, in accordance with the letter from the State Institution "Republican Center for Hygiene, Epidemiology and Public Health" dated December 29, 2025 No. 3.2-17/378, based on the operational analysis of information posted on the official Internet website of the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (hereinafter referred to as Rospotrebnadzor) dated December 26, 2025, December 29, 2025, reports that LLC "VELTA-PENZA" (Russia) has released for circulation the non-carbonated drink "Aloe Vera" (photo of the marking is attached), which presumably contains technical fluid (acetone).
According to the results of completed laboratory studies, volatile organic compounds were detected in five samples of finished products with manufacturing dates of August 11, 2025, October 5, 2025, December 10, 2025, December 16, 2025, and December 21, 2025, as well as in a sample of concentrate. Comprehensive studies, including for undeclared substances, are ongoing.
Rospotrebnadzor has sent a request to LLC "Operator-CRPT" and the Association of Internet Trade Companies (AKIT) to block the sale of the product on trading and remote platforms. The activities of the enterprise LLC "VELTA-PENZA" have been suspended since December 26, 2025, the production premises have been sealed, and the validity of the declaration of conformity for the specified product has been terminated.
Rospotrebnadzor urges citizens to refrain from consuming the Aloe Vera drink produced by VELTA-PENZA LLC until the final results of federal expert examinations and official clarifications from the agency are received.
