Prosecutor's Office of Beshenkovichi District: Criminal Case Initiated for Deliberate False Information in Official Documents

The Prosecutor of Beshenkovichi District initiated a criminal case regarding the concealment of livestock deaths.

It was established that the foreman of a farm at an agricultural enterprise in the district, with criminal intent, from February to May of this year, entered deliberately false information and records into official documents, concealing the death of 18 head of cattle.

Following the inspection, the Prosecutor of Beshenkovichi District initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 427 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus for official forgery, which has been sent to the territorial department of the Investigative Committee for investigation.
